Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Delivery time
Estimated delivery is 4–10 business days after processing. Due to high demand, some orders may take up to 1–2 weeks to arrive. We appreciate your patience — every order is on its way.
Shipping cost
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.
Tracking
A tracking link is emailed to you the moment your order leaves our facility. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, email us at PortaOptics@outlook.com.
International orders
We ship worldwide. Depending on your country, import duties or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. These are set by your local customs authority and are not included in your order total.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address, though we'll do our best to help.
Lost or stuck packages
