30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You have 30 days from the date your order arrives to request a return for a refund. To be eligible, your item must be in its original condition and packaging.
How to start a return
Email us at PortaOptics@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our support team will respond within 24 hours with instructions. Please do not send items back before contacting us.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us at PortaOptics@outlook.com within 30 days with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer.
Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we cover all return shipping.
Non-returnable items
Items that have been damaged through misuse, or returned outside the 30-day window, may not be eligible for a refund.
Late or missing refunds
